THE ROLE:
* Oversee all device checks and ensure all VIP devices are fully working and tested on a daily basis. Iphone, iPad, VC units, PCs * Manage processes documentation to ensure immaculate service delivery * Work closely with in house infrastructure team and 3rd parties to resolve any technical issues
THE PERSON:
* Have a VIP IT Support background * Ability to travel in London area * Be able to quickly solve technical issue
